I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PORTION ON THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT BENIFIT PART AND NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE BUT DON'T HAVE A NBR TO CALL.WHAT CAN I DO ???

Although the software calculated my taxes (I hope) successfully. When, for federal, I went to use direct deposit, I could not enter the routing number. This is a must. Will not buy next year.

Easy to use Tax Filing Software.

This is the 8th year in a row I have turned to H&R Block tax filing software. It never disappoints! Fast and efficient; easy to understand it makes filing as easy as it could possibly be. Their software is a winner!

I have always used H&R Block but the Rental Information is so complicated to put in. I wished it was a page with all the items listed and you just entered the amounts. Sometimes I am not sure which property I am entering information on .
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have been using Tax Cut years before it became H and R Block. I actually enjoy using the program.

Program worked well but you are about to loose a customer unless you you can get your programmers to state why it cannot load into Windows 7. There appears to be nothing different in what is technically done that requires any modules which must live in the newer environment. I was lucky that the last laptop I bought is a Windows 10 downloaded to work as Windows 7 Professional. My other PCs could not load the program but the laptop did. Obviously the program looks for Windows 10 but operates fine in Windows 7 professional. No part of Windows 10 worked the software. For reasons not to be explained I will always be Win 7 and prefer to work my tower PC. Also the box never mentioned the required operating System. Please keep Win 7 usable.
