Love that the past years info will merge with the current year. Software seemed to have some glitches this year. I did the update and lost one of my current tax returns I was getting ready to submit.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Terrible design for married joint/separate return comparison. Many of the inputs for the main person is put into the spouses section. I could not get a good tax comparison!!!

I have used this for a few years now and have found it consistently easy, up to date, and accurate. I have not had any of my taxes questioned and H&R software has been very good about advising me of things I missed. I would recommend these tax packages to anyone.

Work is needed on the K-1 Section

Preparing my return went well except for the entry of the K-1 data. Every year I get to Box 13 (Other Deductions) and am told to enter enter data under Code W (other deductions). I am told to follow "special steps". These steps are vague and I always get flagged on your accuracy check, even though I have carefully followed your instructions. I say this every year, and I'm saying it again: This needs some work! Otherwise, the software use went well.
Pros: Easy to import documents
