Decent, but has some major bugs in the software

Straight forward and easy to use, extra explanations for just about everything you need. Have been using this software for years. The only bad thing are the extra fees to e-file the state return.

Ok I just got the program and had my taxes done super fast. I have been using your product for a while now and it has never let me down. Even when something doesn't seem right, it say this may be correct but you should just check to make sure. I love hat. Thanks again for a great program...

Need Self-employment and Investment coverage, Self-emplyment is fine, Investment coverage is not. We end up having to go into individual form pages to see (and sometimes edit) capital loss carryover which is no fun at all. I'm grateful H&R Block's software makes doing taxes easier, but investment coverage needs to be more intuitive.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Was a little perturbed to learn on a K-1 form, that your software could not support handling a code I in box 14 and that I should consult a tax professional. Also, when there are multiple accounts that can be imported from a brokerage firm, you should give the choice of which one to import as Turbotax does. When I went to import the 1099s, not only did my personal 1099 get downloaded but also a separate trust account for which I am a trustee got downloaded. It was only when I was about to file my return and found the tax liability to be higher than I expected, that I went through all the entries to catch that separate 1099 being added to my return. NOT GOOD!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
