I've been using H&R Block's software for six years now (switching from TurboTax after many years). I'm happy continuing as it is for me an improvement in user interface and price. It does the things you would expect like import information from prior years and recommend actions when there are choices. My one complaint is that it seems to me as if there are additional contexts where the program could populate field values, even if it would then require manual confirmation on each value. I think they improved this year or last by offering a choice to reuse bank information from Federal when doing state.
