I've used H& R Block software for about 10 years, if not more. That is a statement in and of itself regarding the overall excellent quality of the experience. However, occasionally there is some modest glitch - usually involving a state program. Sometimes the resolution is only possible with a call to the help center. In these rare cases, staff has always been responsive and helpful. I will purchase the software again in future years.

There’s inaccuracies (it says $18,500 is the individual 401(k) limit for 2019 when it is $19,000). I also had to amend my tax return for 2018 and my income changed and I already imported the initial tax return and filed and it was not intuitive how to change last years income after you already imported

not a good program

NOt happy got charged 2 times now for the state e-file. How can you do this? The state does not go through until the federal is accepted. But if the federal gets rejected you charged me again for the State. So now I have to file a dispute with credit card
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Very good software with out all the video that turbo tax comes with and its not as expensive, I've been using this product for years and was using turbo tax prior, but they kept raising the cost!
