Have always loved the program. First disappointment in 10 years this year in that my State return was rejected. Unclear as to why. Otherwise great program.

Documented Bugs with no way to submit

I have a 4 page, 15 item list of bugs and issues that I wanted to submit electronically by uploading a file, or attaching it to an email. I could not get an way to submit my report other then snail mail. So, to help with fixing issues in the product, I have to print, stamp, and mail a letter. How ridiculous!
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problem printing final forms as PDF

Overall application worked well with Mac OS X Yosemite (however, there was no advance warning that OS X Snow Leopard could no longer be used). Made several attempts to print forms as PDF. No luck even though application with clarity allowed selection of PDF destination (Documents folder) -- then nothing happens. I settled for hard copy.

I once used a accountant and they charged me a ridiculous amount! this is definitely the way to go! Thanks H&R Block! I work at EF Block, why wouldn't I use H&R Block!
Cons: Time consuming
Pros: Easy to fix issues

Cannot save or print or import last year's tax

Not happy have not been able to save on flash drive, or print individual worksheet. Was not able to import last year's taxes. To save you have to use sponsor which then you have an option to upgrade. But unable to save. Will not buy again.

The Best Ever

Over the past several years I have filled out tax information on both of the top two programs. For the past two years HR Block has blown away the competition. It is easy, imports complicated investment data and enables an email filing (which the "other program" wouldn't do). This is the best!
