I made a review earlier, before I actually completed my return, but I want to revoke the earlier review and say that it has been an excellent experience.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good software, should have larger support team

Easy to navigate and enter data. Needed support for what must be an unusual situation - wait times are longer than I would like (always more than 30 minutes) and no way to resume after level II could only suggest "try this" (and needed to try something else...)

Program basics are okay. My biggest complaint is that H&R Block software does not complete CA Form 3801 and provides very little assistance with this task.
