Answers to "frequently asked questions" were impossible to understand. Trying to find out how to file an amended return produced and answer of "go to the overview of HR Block online product and chose option to file an amended return". Leaving me with the question of where is this overview of HR Block online. Never again will I use this product.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
