Good program, but missing some tax rule

Good program - have used it for years. This year, found an issue where the program did not detect that mortgage interest deductions are limited to $1M in loan total value with multiple loans (per federal tax rules) and did not help compute the maximum value that could be listed on the return. I had to detect and do this manually, and it took much more time than if this seemingly easy check were included in the program. Very disappointed in that.

HRB is by far the best software program for taxes I have used. It is so much more user friendly and intuitive. I'd recommend this to everyone.

I need IT-238 form in NYS forms. That form needs to be in your forms list.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to install

Bug free and easy to use

My first year using HR Block after many years of Turbo Tax or even worse actual accountants. The program was smooth and clear and faster to use than Turbo Tax. I will definitely be using this program again.

I cannot believe how easy and fast H& R Block Software Premium helps me. It took 16 minutes for the Federal government to accept my 116 pages of taxes (forms). If I made any mistake, it told me. I have been using this for years. My aunt worked for them in CA for years. I am in KY. I have her diamond pendant they gave her for years of work. I never had any training at all but this is easy with H&R Tax software.

ACCY Review not too accurate

Accuracy review was performed prior to efiling and no errors was found. Upon submission of return, unable to fle with rejection code came back.... Software wasn't able to catch the error in the return.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
