Absolutely Terrible

This software crashed 5 times on my MacBook using OSX Catalina, and the auto-save only saves every 10 minutes. You end up doing a lot of work twice. Also, the instructions are just way too unclear most of the time, and I’m usually pretty quick to understand things.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but had issue with windows

Last years was better but this years came up with an error due to windows and when we trid to contact no human rep.
