It seems that you have changed some features that you have held for a long time. For instance, when it would ask if you want to have itemized or standard deductions, it would have the total of my itemized deductions and the standard deduction. I now have to go through and itemize my deductions and if it were less than the standard, I would have to go back and click on the standard deduction to take advantage of that.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

I have used HRBlock ever since college. It is easily the clearest and easiest software out there. I had to do my dad’s return on a competing product, and was pulling my hair out.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Have used H&R Block tax software for years, always easy to use. However, when I was doing the efile this year and the software was supposed to import my AGI from last years taxes it had a value of 0. This is even though my last year return was located in the same file folder as this years (2019) return and the software had stated it had imported this info from last years return...frustrating! It had previously imported all of my personal info from last years return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
