I rate this with a 5 star is because I have been using H&R Block for many years. It carried all of my data from prior year. All I need is to update data to current year information. I spent less than an hour to complete, verify and efile my return. For new users, it will take you longer for the first year using it. In particular if you made error the validation and correction can be a little confusing but not difficult. The software will show you the form and hightlight the error in yellow. Another good feature is it allows you to download some info from financial institutions so as to safe you time doing input.
Pros: Easy to prepare
