Great overall but 2 complaints

Great overall experience but 2 complaints: 1) Confirmation e-mail of IRS acceptance of tax return did not include my apartment number in the address field, even though I had entered it, and 2) This web interface for providing feedback is incredibly frustrating. I filled out this entire form with a more detailed review (gave 5 stars the first time having only 1 complaint) only to be told that the feedback could not be submitted until I disabled ad blockers. So, I disabled ad blockers, and then clicking on the submit button wouldn't even take me to the next page. I tried refreshing and doing it again. Nothing. I looked for an e-mail address for customer support so that I could contact you directly, and nothing. 5 starts on the software except for the problem with the address, but fewer overall since it is so complicated to communicate with you as a company directly.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
I found it exceptionally easy to use this product. Based on my answers to straightforward questions at various points in the process, the software led me though all the relevant screens in a timely fashion. Whenever I had a question or potential issue, I found help screens readily available to resolve those questions/issues. As a result, I never encountered an issue that lingered for more than a few moments. The bottom line tax I owe was significantly less than my expectations, and by printing the return with relevant screens included, I was able to see why that was the case. I am REALLY pleased with how well this worked!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
I'd rather just fill out the forms that doing it through an interview process. I find myself second guessing where the interview is going or what form it's trying to fill out. I just know the forms pretty well I guess.
The program doesn't pull depreciation methods for rental property from prior years returns, nor does it pull prior years disallowed losses than can be carried over. This is an egregious failure and is likely costing some of your customers significantly. I've been using it, so I'm kind of stuck with it, But if I find a program that will handle the aforementioned work, then I'll be switching to it immediately. The program will not allow installation on multiple computers, something it previously did.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import
I have been using this for as long as they have had the program. I won't use anything else... I started using Kiplinger Tax Cut when it first came out, then H&R Block bought them and I have never changed to any other program...
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

WHY? Is it not allowed by IRS? If Yes where it is in the IRS regulations.
Not at all happy with the software this year. Seems it became much more complicated. Would not save returns and did not automatically pick state forms to file. Will not use next year.
