Incomplete - NO support for DC rental properties

Although this program bills itself as supporting rental properties, it does NOT include support for mandatory forms that owners of rental properties in the District of Columbia are required to file (e.g., D-30).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year it wouldn't import information properly from 2018 return. Tried 3 times before just entering the current years information manually. Issues did not occur then.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Can complete and efile multiple family returns

Software fairly easy to use, were able to complete our returns quickly. The fact that you can complete and efile multiple federal returns was a big plus. Slight negatives - couldn't import my wife's W-2, and the same "possible issues" kept popping up on the final check even after I reviewed them and decided they didn't apply.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Great customer service

I was having all kinds of problems doing my tax form and I called and spoke with a VERY patient customer service rep. She figured out I had downloaded the incorrect program. She emailed me the correct program and instead of owing I am getting a refund!!
