I've purchased your tax preparation software for several years and until this year I've been happy with it. This year my federal tax return was rejected due to a glitch in your software. I just resubmitted. I'll be ok with it. If not, I'll be looking at a different product next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using it but this time when I going to check my status appear this black words,,,, we can check now If the problem persists calls customer support,, an the status continue pending
