I have used this product for years because it is so simple and easy to use. They walk you through every step of the way with explanations for everything. I used to pay a tax preparer, but this is even better than that. I even had some of my returns audited and my figures were right every time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used H&R Block software for at least the past 6 years. The ability to download W-2 info by phone pic is a wonderful, time saving feature. As always, I am very pleased with the ease of navigating through the program and the built in assistance and explanations.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
