Great Features, informative, and convenient.

Every year, I buy my H&R Block Software the exact moment that the year's new Software is available, and have been doing so for more than a decade. Because of the loads of Features, which facilitate my navigation through the Software with ease, I have not even considered using any other Software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Better Than Expected!

I used another product in 2017 and was reluctant to change but wanted to give H&R Block a try since other family members have endorsed this product. I'm glad that I did since this program asked more particular questions than what I used in 2017 and overall I am quite pleased and will continue to use H&R Block going forward.

I have been using H&R Block Premium Software for many years and really like all the features. This year was the first time I've ever had a technical issue and a technician fixed the problem while online with me in a short amount of time.

If you go to a tax preparer because you think there's just no way to be able to do your own taxes, you need to give this program a try. It "interviews" you just as if you were talking with a tax preparer. I've used it for at least 5 years now and love it!

The software was helpful in helping me file my taxes, making sure I didn’t skip any steps and what not.
When I went to check the status on my return, as I had gotten no email, and no deposit after two months, the software said that I hadn’t ever efiled my taxes. I had. I went through all the steps and made sure it had filed, but for whatever reason, it didn’t go through.
