I had an issue with the state return from 2022 and when I called the 800 number I was told these was no support available sine there are no "tax experts" answering the phone. I have been using the software for 15 years and always remember seeing "We're here to help" at the end of the process. Apparently an empty promise! I will never use the product again nor recommend it to anyone!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Straight forward, fairly intuitive tax program. Used to use TurboTax but switched to H&R Block a few years ago when the other product changed their pricing. I have since looked at the other product and it seems more confusing. Sticking with H&R

I like the software a lot, but there was one submission in my Federal that had an issue after the software was doing it's final checks. I could not change the error it wanted me to correct and I could not figure out what the problem was or where to go to solve it, so I could not E-file and had to mail in the return
