Good- but a step down from the last few years - and more expensive than ever, even either the % off deals, it is a bit of bait and switch. I was less confident using the product than in years past.

The software is easy to use, and provides good guidance on where I can use deductions, and where I need to insert information. I enjoy being able to import my previous years' return information, including all my multi-year depreciable assets, into the current year return. The H&R Block network of servers also intercepted a potentially fraudulent return created by someone else that had used my SSN on a return. That return thankfully never made it to the IRS. I will continue to use the H&R Block software for my tax returns.
