Have used several years. I like being able to download my data making preparation simple and less likely to make errors. Always do state preparation too. Finish by storing copies of documents to backup library. Easy filing online.

I’ve used this software for years to file state and federal tax returns. This year the software seemed faulty. My state return showed a $2,000 refund. I got a refund of $3,500. The federal return showed I owed $1,700 but a month after filing I received a letter from the IRS telling me to expect a $4,500 refund. I filed in mid to late March and did software updates.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
