very smoot. very easy

this was too easy - previous years were great, but this year, for 2018, seemed smoother.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

H&R Block makes Tax time easier !!!

Tax time can be a stressful time but by using an H&R Block purchased disk to complete your taxes, you simply follow their cues and input the information and they do the hard part. Nothing is a snap at tax time but they make it much easier all the way around!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Ever since I started filing my RITA taxes electronically in 2013 on their site, it has been fast and easy. Wish the federal return was this easy.

The software this year is hard to follow, especially the deductible portion for the rental property, not user friendly, confusing...

I have used H&R Block raw software for years. Convenient, reasonable cost, no issues. User friendly.

I have been using H&R Block software for filing my taxes for over 2 decades and I have been very happy. I used Turbo Tax once because co-workers were talking about how much they liked it. In my experience, it pales in comparison to H&R Block. I never used Turbo Tax again and I learned that they had only used Turbo Tax so they didn't know any better. Several have switched since then.

Horrible this year

Program wouldn't save values at some point and would have to reenter and try to be sure if I went to those pages that I re-entered the correct answers.. Really bad this year. I have used this software for many years. Seriously thinking of switching to something else. The Business side of the app is garbage. Hard to use, had lots of issues!!

Used H&R Block last year. Really liked using it this year. Easy to use. Instructions and guidance are excellent. Have absolutely no suggestions relative to any improvement needed. Great job.
