I have used H&R Block's tax software for several years, easy to understand, easy to navigate thru the return, turns a complicated project to a simple one.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

H&R is pretty easy to use. Options are good. Expert advice is always there if you need it. Definition dialogs pop up when you click on terms you don't understand. I found this very helpful.
