I brought this about a week ago. could not download state. very unhappy
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No ObamaCare Inclusions

I complained about this last year . Payments that had to be returned to Obamacare we're not included as credits to the 2018 tax credits as medical costs. A year and they have not fixed it. ???
Other than that I like the program.

H&R Block Tax Software is still the best

I have used this software for my tax before it was even call H&R Block, it was goood then and still is. The new (2018) tax code made it harder to get larger deductions than the standard, but the software did a great job of checking before it advised using the standard.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

lacking in a few places

Usually pretty straight forward but on at least 2 or 3 sections, it asks for information or a calculation. Instead of interviewing and walking me through, it tells me to go to the IRS website and find the worksheet and instructions. Very confusing as the instructions were long and complex. That's why I buy the software, to walk me through it.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

So darn EASY!

2 hours and done - I will always use H&R Block over Turbo Tax. Cost is reasonable and guarantees are expected and appreciated
