I have used the HR Tax Cut (Deluxe) for many years now and found them to be thorough, accurate and simply to use. I do not worry about audits now since the HR Tax Cut keeps the info for as long as the IRS requests. A real value for your money. The finish product always looks professionally done. Thanks HR.
Pros: Easy to prepare

THINGS TO FIX FOR NEXT YEAR
1. couldn't import data from Turbo Tax
2, The real estate tax has only 3 spaces-what if I have 4 houses and paid tax on all?
3 too expensive for same value of conpetitors

User Friendly even for the novice

I took a federal tax class for a semester in at a community college and they used H&R Block tax prep software. That is how I was first introduced to it. It has been wonderful each year since. What was normally a handwritten and researched week of doing the family taxes, I can now Finish in a day (as soon as all my tax documents are mailed to me).
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

Works Pretty Good: One issue

Been using this software for years with good performance. This year however, the public safety officer health premium exclusion did not work. Fortunately, the customer service representatives helped me with a walk-around that got me the end result: getting a refund instead of owning tax. They need to fix this disconnect in the software.
