Had to print 1-50 (50) pages to get my copy prior to e filing.
Cons: Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install

Federal works fine, State does not work properly

The federal part of the program works fine. I had to look online however for additional information regarding American Opportunity Tax Credit for college as the program's documentation on this was meager. The GA state program however completely did not work correctly. The program wanted to almost double our wages for some unknown reason, and would not allow for changes relating to non-resident wages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First time using software, perfect!

We always use HR Block... Simple tax year for us so I felt very confident in using the software. It was nice because I was out of town when we downloaded and although I didn't have all the req info needed, I was able to accurately estimate our refund. I didn't spent much time looking for it but it would be nice to import our past "in person" HR block tax years

I was very pleased with this years version. I would recommend to anyone who likes to have the layout and features accessible to you on any section you are working on. Would like to have links to IRS on specific topics when working on the particular form (section).

Bought this CD, installed, it transferred last years info. and made filing so much more easier this year. Another great product, have used this means for doing my taxes for years, great product and easy to use, very helpful as you go along, informative. Will stay with H & R block tax prep.

Been using the software for years, but...

As usual, I receive my CD start disk for doing my taxes, same as I have over the years. But this year, it was a bit strange that inserting the disk into my computer would not allow me to setup. I received two copies of the same disk for setup, but neither of them worked. I ended up having to go to the website to order and download which I did not receive the benefit of the discounted price as I do when I receive the CD in my mailbox. I still bought it because I do like it, but I am questioning why this happened and why I did not get my discount. Been a user of the software since the early '90's when it was TaxCut, so yes I have been a loyal user for a number of years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
