2016 State and Federal Taxes....Done!

I am a US Citizen living abroad and am required to complete Federal and State taxes for 2016. Being able to download the program I was able to do my taxes effortlessly.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

I just finished my 2016 federal and state tax using the Holy and Randy Block program and it was easy-to-use.

PDFEDIT does not work, locks up in repeating loop.

PDF995 does not work, fails on permissions to access the directory for temporary file creation. Uninstall program, delete directories and reinstall does not fix the issue. The tax program works great.

I had a harder time with the 2016 version than I did the 2015 or 2014 versions.
Price went up in 2016. Product value did not.

Excellent software package

For the first time this year I had a problem with the software. I mistakenly placed some of my wife's income (1099-misc) in the wrong category and simply could not correct the problem. When the program went through the process to check for errors and found 1, I immediately corrected it, but then it found 3 errors—very frustrating and the cycle repeated itself. To solve the problem I had to completely delete the program and re-install. After that, it worked fine.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

Very easy to use program. Asks you simple questions, and has great explanations of all topics. I got my biggest refund in years thanks to this program.
