I've been using H&R Block tax software for the last 6 years and have always found it easy to use with clear and precise instructions. The tool tips are helpful if you ever run into a snag or have a question.
The Federal and State form updates are always published on the landing page which I find very helpful as well.
And last but certainly not least is the import utility. You can import W2 info from most validated employers, or if you used the software the previous year it will automatically save and import that info for you into the current years return.
