Had a hard time downloading at Staples where I purchased the solftware. They offered to download since their ad was misleading and I thought I would get a package to download at home.
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Very good product with one missing state form

Michigan tax form "Schedule W - Michigan Withholding Tax Schedule" does not appear to be included with this product and it is required for some filers.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

easy to prepare, but now have to wait 6 weeks because IRS want paper copies of W-2's and 1099R. Wondering if this happens to anyone else.

I AM USING THIS SOFTWARE FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS WHEN VERY FIRST CD CAME UP. EASY TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. PLEASE KEEP UP THIS GOOD WORK!

This is my second year using H&R Block Deluxe software to file my taxes. The whole process was full proof.

The program did not support form 8911 for my residential charging station. I won't recommend this product for non-standard returns. The representatives at the chat feature were very helpful.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I used for US and NJ Filing. It was annoying that I had to enter my (and my wife's) Driver's License information twice - once for US and once for NJ. One would think if you entered it for the US it would be carried forward to the State. Also, I HIGHLY recommend you complete (in total) your US return before downloading the State program - there was a problem with the 2015 NJ version not picking up changes in the US entries and I had to file the State by paper. I don't know if this was fixed in 2016 because I made sure my US was ready for filing before I downloaded the NJ State software.

Not nearly as good at the market leader

I bought this out of spite because of changes made by the market leader last year. Next year, I will go back. The product is not nearly as refined and my time is worth more than my spitefulness.
