Easy to use

Bought and filed my return in a matter of hours over several days (took some time to round up the data to put into the return). Really good for those who can use the data import feature from the previous year.
Need to get more on-line data from employer's W-2 forms. That would save time and minimize mistakes
Cons: Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

More challenging to use this year than in the past. State return only printed with the checklist attached.
Cons: Hard to prepare
Pros: Easy to install

I have been using H&R Block for several years and it gets better each year. The only problem I had this year was with the Arizona program. A required form, Form 348, was not available and I had to download it from Arizona DOR and complete it manually.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import

Easy to use and great value

I switched from Turbo Tax a couple years due to the increase in cost of the product. It was the only program I had used for years. I don't regret going to H&R Block it is a great product at a great price.

I have been using H & R Block for decades and the software keeps getting better and better. While still a chore, federal and state taxes are a lot less taxing on me.

I use this product every year, partly due to low price and partly since I'm used to using it. It picks right up from last year, so that is terrific. They seem to have improved a question related to the Opportunity Credit (which you can use for four years, even if not used four in a row). I had many questions while filling out the state return, but the software offered no useful help for those. That is a huge opportunity for improvement.
