Dificlt to use some features

I tried to send in a tax return for the first time using my Federal Activation code only to tell me they were all used. This was the first one how can they all have been used?
Also difficult to save a file on a CD?DVD drive.
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Gone Downhill In Last 5 Years

Initial installation created a mystery icon called "debug". Afraid to delete this, but it looks ugly. Final update made mytax file disappear. I found it in a subdirectory that theoretically does not exist: My Documents/Music. No problems in previous 4 years.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but needs some changes

Easy to use but not enough entries for donations. Had to double up a few. Wasn't real clear if the yellow caution errors need any change - i.e. add 0 in an empty box.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

not clear instructions for ira distributions

Regarding the my IRA distribution, it first appeared on line 16b along with my retirement income. I had to go to the form itself and click on the IRA distribution for it to appear on line 15b. I realized this when the amount in 16b was much greater than last year. (there was a comment under the Income section that you would ask for IRA later, but nothing appeared.) I assume there was a change in your program from last year

Good price, efficient interface

I have been using this program for a number of years. My only complaint this year was that the R.I. Program did not carry over the taxes paid to the Mass. program. I had to find the form and over ride it.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Feature Is Great Selling Point for the Mac Wor

I had some issues with the update process on my Mac, but was pleased to see, at the very end, an option to back up everything ( return copies; this year's software; etc, ) to a compressed DMG image. A wonderful feature that allows complete backup in a form factor that is easy to store in multiple locations and is readily burnable to CD or DVD media.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Software is easy to use but....

The software is easy to use but it seems that the amount for state say you are getting from the software is not accurate. When I did my taxes with this software it seems that I was getting less than I was getting when filling your taxes on the H&R website. I don't think I will be purchasing this software anymore.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I downloaded this product yesterday however the free e-filel for federal taxes did not work. Activation code was not valid even though it was the one provided to me
Pros: Easy to prepare
