Do not recommend to anyone else. I already had my 2018 tax return in my laptop and they wanted me install this piece of waste
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

.The version I used (Deluxe for folks that want to itemize) was user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that the program updated you on tax changes before and during return. I especially appreciated the Accuracy check at the end. My return was accepted shortly after submission. The program updates you on any changes in the tax laws in 'real time'.

It was easy to import info from last years return which keeps you from having to enter basic information again. Option to save your return as a pdf file allows you to access your return even if the device your using doesn't have the hr block program.

This is the first digital download of tax s/w i purchased and it wouldn't load on Google Chrome so I switched to Microsoft Edge and it worked fine..
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I usually bought the cd in prior years and was quite worried about buying it over the wifi. Went very easy, dont worry.

This is year number 6 of using this product. I always know that the product is good. With the H&R backing you feel comfortable too. Tax preperation is not a big pain anymore when using this.
