I have used this software for 10 years and it is always accurate and easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The software is excellent. The fee for the electronic filing is pathetic and a burden if you are filing in 2 states, it wouldn't surprise me if they eventually started charging you to print it out on your own printer.

Awesome Software

I’ve been using the H & R Deluxe software for several years. For me is is very user friendly. It walks you through everyone a step at a time. It is not confusing either and when you finish your return is checked for errors. You have the option to do an e/file (online) or do a paper copy and file through the mail. I also am able to file my state tax return using the same software. I highly recommend this software!

Easier to use.

This year the program was easier to use than the last few years. I just hope my social security federal taxes withheld finally show up on the irs forms. The last two years I have received letters from the IRS requesting proof on my taxes withheld. I had to make copies of my SSA-1099's and mail them back to the IRS adding 4 weeks on to my refund time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

As long as things are straightforward, HR Block is great. It really handholds you through the process. The only issue is the process to import from investment houses could be easier to find.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
