Could not file state without filing a federal first.
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to import

A good program

The program works well. The only negative is there is no option where a larger print size can be selected. The tiny print is difficult to read.

My 2015 Taxes

I had no problems this year but last year I bought the Deluxe with state program like I always do but when I went to do my state taxes I had to pay again. If you can check last year's I'm sure you'll find I paid twice for the state tax program. All in all I like your product and would recommend it to my friends.

Excellent ease of use

I have been using H&R Block's software for years and it is so easy. It is very intuitive and I save tons of time since it imports everything (employers, investments, adjustments, even itemized deductions) from previous years.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Fast

Nice but not perfect!!

I would have liked the option to use the Federal 1040 EZ form instead of just the lengthy 1040 that was only available (didn't need it and it was too long) and I didn't like the fact that once you printed the tax forms for mailing that the checklist was offered to be printed twice (once with the mail in forms and again by itself on the next page. Other than those two problems this was a fairly good software with good ease of use!
Cons: Time consuming
Pros: Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate doing my taxes but this program makes it so easy. I love that it imports my info from the previous year and other programs I use.

Deluxe 2016 Software

I have used this software for many years, even when it was called Tax Cut and have always been very pleased with it. Everything went well this year until I got to the part that estimates next year's taxes, and the program was a disaster. It is totally incomplete and is essentially worthless. I ended up having to calculate my estimated taxes manually. I would recommend this product only for someone not needed to file a 1040-ES.
