Helped Complete My Taxes

The software worked great and allowed me to complete my tax return. The software did ask questions of me to make sure I was getting all the forms and information together to complete the return. It will read in last year's return to help fill out information that is the same from the previous year. It also asks you about things you skipped this year that you had given in the previous year trying to make sure you are not forgetting anything. It can also import data from financial institutions for you.

Used H&R Block software for many years and I am always impressed with how simple it is to use. I have never received any errors that require support. It would be nice if there were and easier way to download the software to reinstall. This seems to be impossible to find unless you pay for the extended download service. You should be able to re download the software if you need to install on a different machine, but I can never find how to do this. Other than that. I love this software.

Great for filling your own Fed and State returns

We are in our 70's and not techie at all. I am comfortable with this program walking me through each step with many questions making me confident that it is done right. The few investments we have are easy to download to the program so that I am not entering each and every amount line by line. They check for accuracy and will help me if needed. The customer service has been helpful when needed.
