I first bought this program 21 years ago after I'd bought my first house and was able to itemize deductions...something I definitely didn't want to try on paper on my own. I couldn't believe how easy it all was...the program walked me through each single step and I was very clear on what to enter in each space, and it even kept me encouraged by keeping a running total of my expected refund as I went through the process. Even when I had my own business and had to do the filing for my business income and expenses, it was unbelievably easy. And the fact that they would go with me if the need ever arose for me to go through an audit was a great comfort too.
