wont let me check status

I got this in mail. Downloaded. I filed and it says check status. When I do I get a error of we are unable to process your request.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good program to use for taxes but it won't let you print off your state tax papers to mail in . So you have to still go fill out paperwork and mail yourself.

If you have a pdf file with your W2 information the HR block software may not pull in all the information needed which can cause much misery trying to figure out what is missing.
