Need better navigation

when it came time to finalizing my return and ran the checker, it found some details i needed to correct prior to submitting efile. The problem was that when I looked and corrected the mistakes the facts/open category blanks were confusing and I would have rather asked me if I wanted to correct them or send me to the appropriated question and answer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Surprise convenience charge at the end

I was pleased with the program until it was time to pay the IRS using my debit card. HR Block charged me an additional $60 for handling the payment. This was not disclosed beforehand.

Apparently the Federal information doesn't always migrate to the State return. And if you try and get a person, good luck!
Cons: Hard to import documents

Lifesaver

I waited until the last day to file and neglected to include the taxes paid to my mortgage lender. The program prompted me to doublecheck if any taxes had been paid. Sure enough I had not added that, which allowed me to get a few extra dollars! YES!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Easy directions, great helps when needed, and review at the end, to make sure of anything that might need attention - was looked over. I am very happy with this program software

Horrible! My return is lost!

This is horrible. I filed my return but haven’t paid yet and I come back to the program only to find that it won’t open my return to let me finish.

I have been using H&R Block Tax Software for years now. There is so much more you can do with it than file your taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
