Easy to use

The program is easy to use and very comprehensive. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were charged twice on our credit card to file our ND state taxes. How do we get that credited back?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've been using H&R Block for many years and I'm very satisfied with my results. Some areas could made clearer with fuller explanations or details.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Ok, so I procrastinated until the very last day to file, thank goodness I had this software, because I ended up stuck at home with no car! It was soooo easy to use and didn't take long at all. Asked all the right questions and had good explanations as well. The audit check is also awesome.

Will not down load state program

When trying to down load state program, i get message need administrator privilege to purchase or install.

Problems with the software

The software would not let me fill in my IRA conversion to a Roth account without an override. This prevented me from E-filing the return, so I had to print it and mail it adding more money and frustration to the tax season.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using H&R Block tax software for nearly 10-years! Love it! I feel like I'm doing an interview with live H&R Block support.
