Done in less than 2 hours. Put numbers in, che ck and send file. Thats it.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Simple, easy to use tax software. This is my second year of using H&R Block Tax. There are a couple features that TurboTax has that H&R doesn't (like prior year comparisons) that I really miss, which is why I didn't rate a "5". But, still glad I switched from TT. BTW, I really loved TT for a long time (over 15 years!), but their the product became less friendly-to-use and more expensive. Now, I will use H&R and hope they don't follow TT's greedy ways.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

not much info on investments such as mortgages on timeshare properties
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund

Previously, I filed my federal taxes myself, but since retiring on disability, and having a child off to college for the first time this year, I found I needed some help. I compared several different products and decided H & R Block tax software seemed to offer the best value. This product was immensely helpful in maximizing my refund. Thank you. What a value! I'll be back next year.

I have used H&Rs Program since before it was purchased from Kiplinger. I do all our family taxes and a few friends for no fees. Everything I need is there.

I've always been intimidated when it came to filing my own tax returns. This program walked me through it and gave helpful hints along the way. I'm very pleased with the experience, and the refund that I'm expecting!
