Horrible experience

H&R cant find my data in their system, misspelled my name in their records and does not have my return associated with my name, SSN or any other specific data I provided when filing my Fed and State tax returns. Completely unacceptable!
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Federal calculation does not match 2017 RS tax tables.

Not happy I bought it so will end up going to tax preparation service to see what I did wrong. Tried for 40 minutes to delete form or correct entries.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare

Cannot e-file because the IRS doesn't recognize it

Since my husband died, this program doesn't seem to want to file for me. The federal payers federal id number comes back as wrong and it is not wrong! It is exactly as it is on the form. Cannot fix it.

Worst experience in 5 yrs with product..

Very slow. Had to save after almost every entry page or data would be lost. Update to get current forms for quarterly prepayment is ridiculously slow and am not sure
if I will get forms or not. Very disappointed. First time I have had problems with product.
