I have been using your program for many years. A lot of people, like myself, file their taxes using their laptop. Most laptops do not include CD drives. It would be more convenient if you put your program on a USB drive. I am sure the cost would be minimal and greatly appreciated.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1040 ES

Filling out this form was very difficult. When I finished the HOLDEN report, $4400 taxes were due which should have prompted a 2019 1040-ES. No such prompt was made, so I went to the form and could not get it to calculate values, so I printed the four quarterly tax forms and filled in by hand to mail. You should also include a 1040-ES procedure for electronically transmitting quarterlies.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First year lots of info to load

Second year it all auto loads and is a breeze, I will not use another program. 3 years in a row we were audited by the IRS 2 years audit free
