The product works well is is very intuitive. I would like to see H&R Block include more background reading material on many topics. Even with the step by step process, there is doubt about how to enter some information. Pertinent references to the actual IRS Code would be helpful. BUT, I love this software and have used it for years.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

This tax program is the best!

I have used this program and its predecessor for around ten years and it just keeps getting better. I love the ease of movement between the questionnaire and the actual forms themselves. The referral to the irs publications for additional background information also works very smoothly.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

Intuititive and easy to use tax software

This is the 3rd year I have used HRB tax software (Deluxe); it continues to perform beyond my expectations. I abandoned Turbo Tax after 12 years as Intuit kept removing features from TTax Deluxe forcing buyers to move / upgrade to Premier. This is top shelf tax software.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

Taxes made easier

This software has saved me money in many ways and I love that it will import information from my financial institution plus information from my return last years return. Taxes will never be easy I don't think but this definitely makes it easier. Thanks!

nothing but trouble with the software

This is the fourth year I have purchased your software. every year I have to get help to get the software installed. This year I had to call to get it installed again and once it was installed I did two family members returns and had no problems. Then I did my own and I cannot get it filed because it wants to update and it won't update. I spent a whole evening in the chat room and still didn't get it fixed. I am going to have to mail in my returns. This program is useless this year for me.

Like program except:
Difficult to search for needed information
Cannot c/p items I want to print
At finish difficult to find and print records I want--not what H&R thinks I want?
My Block -confirm my identity does not work--data entered is correct!! therefore cannot gain access to my past tax records, making "MY Block" useless!!
