Federal forms were fine as usual but the Louisiana state program was a joke. Wasted money buying the program that wasn’t correct and then finding that no matter what I couldn’t file electronically

I have H&R tax for 20 years. Every year there is a problem with loading program yo computer.
Also. The "comparison" tool is confusing. Notation related to "cd: charges from one year to this year.

I'm a long time user of HR Block Tax Software. This year it would NOT load on my windows 11 professional computer. Is spent hours trying to get it to load, including using the help line. I ended up having to load it on a different computer.
