This year just ok, not like previous years

I have used for many years, but this year could not file my state electronically. This was a total disappointment. Had to go the the USPS, etc.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A problem

Regarding my business category, I entered the number from the IRS listing on the WEB but the program rejected it. I finally just ignored the error flag. In previous years I had no problems. Perhaps there is an error in the program.

Major problem with ESPP

Unable to handle ordinary income from an Employee Stock Purchase Plan without a W-2. Your competitor apparently has instructions for handling this.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare

Straight Forward tax prep software

The software took me through the needed steps to complete my return in about an hour. My return included simple W-2 wages and investment activity. But it was pretty painless and straight forward.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

Mail in the Return

The address provided to mail state return for North Carolina was not accepted by the Post Office. They say the there is no such Zip Code for Raleigh NC and would not allow me to send Certified letter.

Healthcare discrepancy: Silver plan defunct;

Healthcare Silver plan was converted to Select Plan more than a year ago at significantly increased cost.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
