Ease of use!

I continue to enjoy, if it is possible to say that, the functionality and learning tools on the application. I'd be sunk if I wasn't able to upload activity too. Fantastic feature.
Cons: Time consuming
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

I was very nervous about filing my taxes for the first time, but H &R Block made it easy for me to finally do them myself!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I have used tax preparation software for many years and have found H&R Block's product to be the best available. My wife has two businesses and this software allows me to confidently prepare all the necessary forms required for self employed people. Great product!

Good but

I have used this software for many years. However, this software did not handle my retirement income properly. It grid not give me a hint about entering the nontaxable portion of my annuity? I was able to make a direct entry into the form.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

Better than Turbo Tax

I had used Turbo Tax for 17 years and found it cumbersome (interview steps too long) and not so easy to understand on more complex issues. H&R tax software, I found easy to use and to the point. Plus if you ever need help, you can stop by one of their locations. I am an H&R user from now on!

Great Product from a Former Turbo Tax Guy

Switched to the H&R product a couple years ago during the big Turbo Tax product features debacle and never looked back. Easy to use and covers all of the bases, I completed our taxes this year ian about 90 minutes and yes I itemize!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Fast

It works....that's about it. I wanted to set up my estimated payments for 2017 along with my E-file of 2016, and could not find a way to do that. I will recommend it for very simple returns where they don't pay estimates.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues

This is the third year I've used H&R tax software. It's easy to use, and saves my info for the next year returns. Costs less than other programs I've used, too!
