My husband has no idea the value your product offers because I prepare our taxes. You decided to communicate with him because his name is first on our return. Although I rate your product high I’m disgusted with the fact that you have no idea who your customer is!

Initially, I used a downloaded version offered at a discount on the internet. However this version did not allow me to access previous tax return data.
Therefore, I went to a store and bought a Deluxe program, as in previous years. This worked normally.
I prefer purchasing a program with a hard disc included.

Had trouble with non-resident state return.
Software asked me to change my W-2, though it was entered correct, it would not let me go forward to e-file. I got out and redid a new one and it worked ok, no explanation what was different from the first time.
The software would not do e-file for the three, Fed and the two states, so I had to mail the non-resident state return. The instructions asked me to include the Federal 1040. I called the help number to see if I had to include all the schedules, the person answering said she didn’t really know but recommended it, said she only worked software questions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I could not get basic info to import from previous year and I used H and H software . Also never showed previous year comparison May go back to Turbo. Very frustrating that I could not see previous year AGI to send electronically
