Unless you are aware of the tax laws the programs help system is seriously lacking. After over 15 years of using H&at I’m considering switching to TurboTax

I believe that the charge to file an extension is excessive.
Also, I should have been notified that Florida residents had an automatic extension, due to Hurricane impact.
