I liked it better than TurboTax but there were items it didn't ask me about. When you live in a border state and work in another the software could not comprehend locality taxes in another state which was frustrating.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I have used H&B Block tax software for years, but this year getting the update took too much time. Finding the phone number for help was not easy. When I did get to the person, he struggled also but finally resolved the problem by sending me a new copy.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
