Not ready for prime time

Program is difficult to use. Can't print selected worksheets or portions of a form (via highlighting, copying and printing). Can't specify the number of pages to print from a multi form file. Entries that are carried from another worksheet should have their origin identified. I couldn't change the date on an amended return and the advice to change the date on the computer doesn't change the date on the amended return. No practical help is available (i.e. changing a date as above). A hotline should be available.
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Confusing

I had a much harder time understanding this Deluxe version that I had understanding the Rental Property versions that I used in the past--especially the Sch. A from the Federal return to attach to the State Return. There were other places to that I don't know if I did it right or not.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
Pros: Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since I started using this in 2006, I have not made a mistake or have been audited.
I tried your competitor one year, but found it difficult to work with. This saves me lots of time in preparing my return forms.
