I had difficulty with filing this year, then got a IRS letter in the mail about verification, not good. May take 9 additional weeks to get my return.
Cons: Time consuming

The instructions are note very clear that once my Federal and/or State taxes are accepted, I need to go back to pay on-line. Luckily I caught it. I might think about Turbo Tax next year.

I have been using the product for many years and so feel comfortable in it and, obviously, it does the job.
I would suggest that there be available a back button, to undo the last screen if entered mistakenly as for some locations in the program this is not always available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used Block for years and now that I am older and memory sucks, explanations of tax code gets harder and harder to understand. Amortization, as an example, where it relates to taxes does not make sense to me.
