This year there was some confusion. I originally bought Federal Plus State. However, when I tried to start state, the program would not let me continue with the State program. I had to buy another State program to finish my taxes. I do not know why this happened, but otherwise no other problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I bought the program 3 to 4 months back and continued to get offers to purchase it? Your mailing system must not get updated to reflect who needs to keep getting offers and who doesn’t! Not a big deal but it gets old having to delete emails! The program worked fine! The interface with the state program seems to work better lately! Nice!

The software pertormed well. the only problem is the excessive cost for states. It would be less expensive to buy 3 separate programs with one free state than to do 3 states in one program...
